With a firm will and unwavering determination, we stand here today for an important stage of development

and construction in Oman, a stage that you participated in drawing our aspirations for the future vision of
Oman 2040, and you have contributed to setting its economic, social and cultural trends in what embodies

a clear vision and great aspirations for a more prosperous and developing future. The youth are a nation’s
wealth, perpetual resource and its forearms that build up; they are the present and future of a nation.

We are aware of the importance of the small and medium enterprises sector and the entrepreneurship sector,
especially projects that are based on innovation, artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, training and

empowering youth to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this vital sector, to be basic core in
the national economic system. We will give all attention, care and support to developing a comprehensive

national employment framework because it is considered a basic pillar of the national economy. The
building and development of nations is a public responsibility to which everyone is committed, and no one

is excluded from performing his role in that, each in his field and to the extent of his ability. Oman was
established and its civilized existence firmed of her sons sacrifices. Also, we do not miss the praise of the

productive and service civilian sectors that ensure the sustainability of economic activity. The same applies
to the private sector, whose role we appreciate in development, and we call it to double this role, as every

hand that builds Oman deserves from us all appreciation and gratitude.
